Cut provolone cheese into chunks.

Boil three cheese tortellini in salted water until cooked, then drain and place in ice water to stop cooking.

Grate half a clove of garlic.

In a bowl, combine boiled tortellini with grated garlic, a pinch of oregano, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss to coat.
