Open and pour 3 cans of condensed milk into a bowl.
Add 3 cans of evaporated milk to the bowl with condensed milk.
Crack and add 5 eggs into the bowl.
Whisk the mixture until well combined.
Add 1 teaspoon of lemon extract and mix again.
Cut 6 slices of white bread into diced pieces.
Place the diced bread into a baking dish.
Pour the milk and egg mixture over the bread slowly.
Use hands to mix and soak the bread in the custard mixture for about 15-20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the bread pudding for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
After 1 hour, poke holes in the pudding to allow steam to escape.
After baking, add butter on top of the pudding.
