1 - 2 cans evaporated milk

2 tbsps vanilla essence

1/4 tsp freshly grated or ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp Allspice
1/8 salt
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (for sauce)
1 cup white sugar (for sauce)
1 egg yolk (for sauce)
1 cup whole milk (for sauce)
1/4 cup spiced rum (for sauce)
1 tsp freshly or ground nutmeg (for sauce)
1 tsp vanilla essence (for sauce)
