Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a pot.

Saute 1 chopped whole onion, green onion bottoms of 1 bunch, and celery on high until soft.

Add 3 parts garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add 3 cups of rice to the pot.

Pour in 6 cups of chicken broth.

Add a little smoke flavor (hickory) for taste.

Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and a little hot pepper.

Stir in 3 tablespoons of Tony Sasser's bold seasoning.

Add 3 cups of rotisserie chicken to the mixture and mix well.

Cover the pot and cook for around 20 to 30 minutes until done.
