½ a cup diced onions
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp Lizano sauce
2 (290z) cans of black beans
2 tsp of salt
2 cups of day old rice

Cover the bottom of a pan with oil and cook the onions, tomatoes, and cilantro for 5 minutes on medium-high heat.

Add the Lizano sauce, black beans, and salt. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the rice, mix and cook for 5 more minutes.
