Take 18 small garlic bulbs and cover them with olive oil and salt.

Bake the garlic in the oven for around 1 hour.

Season with 1 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp harissa, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp sage, and 1 tsp salt.

Pour in 100 ml of white wine and enough water to cover the vegetables.

Cover and cook on low heat until the vegetables are soft.

Prepare garlic croutons by mixing 50-70 ml of olive oil with 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp marjoram, 1 tsp mustard, salt, and black pepper.

Bake the croutons at 180°C for around 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
