1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2 green chilies
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
2 tablespoons oil
10 curry leaves

Soak split yellow peas in water overnight.

Drain peas and blend with cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander powder, green chilies, onion, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
