In the blender, place the corn, coconut milk and milk. Blend the ingredients very well.
In a pan with a strainer, strain this mixture using a spoon to remove the corn bagasse.
Mix the cornstarch with a little water and set aside.
Place the corn mixture in the pan over medium heat and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract paste, butter, cornstarch mixture, nutmeg, and salt to the pan.
Mix well and reduce the heat as soon as it starts to boil, stirring constantly until it becomes consistent.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
