1 teaspoon Himalayan Salt
2 pinch Turmeric Powder (while pressure cooking)
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder (while cooking on pan)
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seed
1/2 tablespoon Cumin and Coriander Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2 cup Water

Pressure cook the goat or lamb meat with water, bay leaves, turmeric powder, and Himalayan salt for 4 whistles on medium-high heat.
