Baked Mackerel with Vegetables

Clean, wash, and pat dry the mackerel.
Make a few incisions in the skin of the mackerel.
For the sauce, mix 5 ml olive oil, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Spread the sauce all over the fish.
Prepare slices of lemon, carrots, zucchini, and onions.
Add a laurel leaf and chili pepper (optional) to the vegetables.
Toss the vegetables with the remaining sauce.
Place inside the mackerel the lemon slices, onion rings, and bay leaf.
Arrange the vegetables on the baking tray around the fish.
Cover the fish with the vegetables.
Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for about 30 minutes.
For the fries, peel and cut 3 large potatoes into thin strips.
Rinse the potato strips in cold water and pat dry.
In a large bowl, mix 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder, along with dried oregano (optional).
Place the potato strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the paper and bake for another 15 minutes, until the fish is lightly browned.
