2 tbsp butter

In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, diced celery, diced onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.

Top each with a slice of cheddar cheese, then place the other two slices of bread on top to form sandwiches.
