Once the filling is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and let it cool.
For the peanut sauce, use fried peanuts, half a piece of brown sugar, and 3 red chilies, and add 0.5 teaspoons of chicken bouillon powder.
Grind the peanut mixture and add a little water to achieve the desired consistency.
Prepare the kroket by forming the filling into oval shapes.
Heat oil in a deep pan until very hot for frying the kroket.
Fry the kroket until golden brown and crispy, then remove them from the oil.
