MUSHROOM DILL SOUP│Recipe For Traditional Czech Soup "KULAJDA"

Pour the dried mushrooms with hot water.

Peel the potatoes.

Dice the potatoes.

Peel the onion and dice it finely.

Melt the butter.

Let the onion become translucent.

Add 1 tsp of ground cumin.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and cook for a half minute while stirring.

Pour in mushroom broth or water.

Add the diced potatoes and mushrooms.

Add 2 bay leaves and allspice balls.

Cook the potatoes until soft.

Take out the wild spices.

Stir in the whipping cream.

Add 4 eggs and mix until the eggs are cooked.

Add fresh dill, sugar, and vinegar.

Add black pepper and vinegar if needed.
