1 cup dried mushrooms
4 cups water
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups potatoes
1 teaspoon ground caraway
1 teaspoon whole caraway seeds
4 cups vegetable broth
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup heavy cream
4 eggs
2 tablespoons dill

Turn the stove to level 7–8

Add 500 ml (2 cups) of water

Add 40 g (about 3 tbsp) of butter

Add 600 g (1.3 lb) of potatoes and sauté for 4 minutes

Add 1/2 teaspoon of ground caraway and 1/2 teaspoon of whole caraway seeds

Add 500 ml (2 cups) of beef broth

Add 4 bay leaves and about 13 allspice berries

Add 1/3 teaspoon of pepper and 2/3 teaspoon of salt

Cook the soup for about 15 minutes

Remove half of the potatoes from the soup

Add another 500 ml (2 cups) of beef broth

Add 200 g (200 ml / ~3/4 cup) of cream

Cook the soup for another 10 minutes

Add 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of sugar

Add 3 tablespoons of vinegar

Season the soup with salt, pepper, sugar, and vinegar to taste

Turn off the stove

Add 1 handful of dill
