Cut up and separate the parts of the whole chicken.

Clean the chicken by removing excess fat and slime using vinegar, massaging it into the chicken, and rinsing it three to four times.

Season the chicken with 1 teaspoon of pimento, 1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning, 1 teaspoon of meat seasoning, 1 teaspoon of all-purpose seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of onion powder, along with a pack of curry. Massage the seasonings into the chicken and let it marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.

Chop the green onions and oregano leaves, and slice the potatoes and carrots.

Heat 1 cup of vegetable oil in a convection stove on high heat.

Add the Better Pack curry into the hot oil and mix it around to 'burn' the curry.

Add the marinated chicken pieces to the oil and fry uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After 11 minutes of frying, check the chicken, stir, and then remove excess oil from the pot.

Add 2 cups of water into the bowl with leftover seasoning and pour it into the pot with the chicken, letting it come to a boil.

Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary, then add the chopped onion, scallion, thyme, oregano, garlic, carrots, and potatoes.

Cover the pot and let it cook for another 15 minutes, totaling 30 minutes of cooking time for the curry chicken.
