1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon cumin
1/4 cup lime juice
1 cup tomatillos, diced
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon avocado oil
2 avocados, sliced
1 cup potatoes, diced
1/2 cup queso cotija
1/2 cup wajaca cheese
