Heat the oil on low-medium heat for 15-30 minutes, adjusting time based on the size of the garlic cloves until they are tender and softened.

Stir the garlic oil constantly to prevent burning, ensuring the garlic doesn't caramelize heavily.

Once the garlic is fully cooked and soft, remove the pan from heat and let it cool for around 5 minutes.

Pour the oil into a heat-proof, tight-lidded jar for storage.
