1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
100 g cream cheese
50 g parmesan cheese
1 egg
50 ml oil

In a bowl, mix semolina with salt, baking soda, sweet paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Add cream cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, and oil to the mixture and knead into a dough.

Form small balls of dough, approximately the size of a Ferrero Rocher.

Press the dough between your palms to flatten it into a disc shape.

Place the discs on parchment paper.

Bake in the oven at 200°C for 18 minutes without using a fan.
