Start by softening butter, do not melt it.
Add 5 tablespoons of almond milk to the softened butter and mix together.
Add 1 teaspoon of kosher salt to the mixture and blend well.
Gradually add 1 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour to the mixture.
Add 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of rosemary, and garlic powder to taste.
Mix until the mixture is thick and holds together, adding more almond milk if necessary.
Knead the dough with your hands until well combined, as gluten-free dough requires more handling.
Roll out the dough using a rolling pin or a tortilla press, and cut into desired shapes or leave whole.
Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Score the crackers with a knife to create break lines after baking.
Bake in the oven at 350°F for 11 to 14 minutes, checking for doneness at 11 minutes.
Let the crackers cool for about 30 minutes before breaking them apart.
