Mix the cooked vegetables with 750 grams of ground beef.
Add 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs to the meat mixture and adjust salt as needed.
Form the mixture into meatballs, ensuring they are well-compacted.
Chop long green onions and tomatoes, removing seeds from the tomatoes.
In a wide pan, combine chopped onions and tomatoes with oil and salt to create a stew base.
Add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste and 3 tablespoons of paprika paste to the stew base.
In another pot, boil 400 milliliters of water and add salt to taste.
Once the water is boiling, add black pepper and then gently add the meatballs to the pot.
Cover the pot and let the meatballs cook until they are well-cooked and compacted.
Dissolve a spoonful of cornstarch in hot water and add it to the sauce to thicken it.
Let the sauce boil for an additional 34 minutes before serving.
