1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups maida
pinch of salt
2 tbsp ghee

Add maida, salt, and ghee and mix well for 5 minutes.

Add water to make a slightly harder dough.

Keep aside for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, make a thick chapati and cut it into pieces as shown in the clip.

Cut pieces to be 2 inches long and 1/2 inch broad.

Fry all pieces.

Make sugar syrup by adding sugar and half water in a pan to create a 2-string syrup.

When the syrup cools slightly, coat all Khurmi in it.

If the syrup cools too much, add a little water and reheat.
