Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
Divide the dough in half and add cocoa powder to one half, mixing until fully incorporated.
Roll out both dough halves into rectangles on a floured surface.
Layer the cocoa dough on top of the plain dough and roll tightly into a log.
Wrap the log in plastic wrap and chill for about 30 minutes.
Slice the chilled log into rounds and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
Let cookies cool on a wire rack.
Melt dark chocolate and white chocolate separately.
Drizzle melted chocolates over the cooled cookies for decoration.
