1-2 bay leaves
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
1 cup breadcrumbs (100-120g)
2 tablespoons flour

Boil water and add salt, garlic powder, vinegar, and bay leaves.

Cook zucchini in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.

Dry the zucchini carefully.

In a bowl, mix 4 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of black pepper.

Add 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons flour, and 1 teaspoon paprika to the egg mixture.

Coat the zucchini in breadcrumbs, then dip them in the egg mixture.
