Swamp Soup

In 8 QT pot brown the sliced sausage.

Once it is browned remove it and place on a plate that has been lined with paper towels.

In the same pot add the diced onion and bell pepper. Stir occasionally. Once the onions are soft add the garlic and cook for a few minutes.

Slowly add the chicken broth, stir and get all the drippings from the bottom of the pan mixed in.

Add the two cans of greens and stir well.

Add the rest of the canned goods and sausage. If you want it more soupy you can add some water.

Add your seasoning of choice, I like Tonys.

Add the browned sausage back to the soup.

Add the bouillon cube.

Bring the soup up to a boil, then turn down and simmer for about an hour.
