1 chopped onion
1 ring smoked sausage or andouille sausage
1 tablespoon minced garlic
6 cups chicken broth
1 pack Knorr vegetable mix
2 cans Great Northern beans, drained
2 cans navy beans, drained
1 pack seasoned southern style mixed greens
black pepper
1 teaspoon hot sauce
2 cups cooked small pasta

Heat oil in a large stock pot.

Add chopped onion and cook until softened.

Add smoked sausage or andouille sausage and cook with the onions.

Stir in minced garlic and cook until aromatic.

Pour in 6 cups of chicken broth.

Add the Knorr vegetable mix.

Add 2 cans of drained Great Northern beans.
