- ●1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- ●1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- 1In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, chocolate chips, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, and salt.
- 2Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- 3Once mixed, use your hands to form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- 4Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 5Refrigerate the bites for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- 6After chilling, transfer the energy bites to an airtight container.
- 7Store in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
