Start by adding flour into a bowl with baking powder already mixed in.
Mix the flour and baking powder together until well combined.
Add sugar to the mixture and mix again.
Add eggs and a little bit of almond extract to the mixture.
Mix everything together for about four minutes until well combined.
Refrigerate the mixture for about four hours.
After chilling, take the dough out and roll it out on a floured surface.
Cut the dough into three pieces.
Place the cut dough pieces in the oven to bake.
After baking, take the dough out of the oven and prepare the prune jam.
Spread one scoop of homemade prune jam on each layer of the baked dough.
Finish by icing the layers and stacking them.
