Heat oil in a large wok over high heat until shimmering.
Add chopped garlic; sauté for a short time until fragrant.
Add boneless chicken; stir-fry until cooked through.
Add sliced onion, carrot, and beans; stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
Add cooked noodles to the wok; toss to combine with the chicken and vegetables.
Pour in soya sauce, red chilli sauce, and tomato ketchup; mix well to coat the noodles evenly.
Add corn flour, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, pepper, and salt; stir to combine.
Add chopped spring onion; stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
