1 ½ cups raw white/red rice
200g grated jaggery
100g sugar
6 cardamons
2 cinnamon sticks
pandan (Rampe) leaves
salt to taste
¼ cup cashews
¼ cup raisins
2 tbsp ghee (optional)
4-5 cups water
1 ½ - 2 cups thick coconut milk
