1 tsp vanilla
1/5 cups sugar
1/5 cup milk
1/2 cup liquid oil
1/5 baking powder

Mix the egg, sugar, and vanilla for about 5 minutes until the sugar almost melts but remains crumbly.

Add liquid oil and milk, and stir for 1 minute.

Add flour and baking powder little by little with a sieve, mixing with a hand mixer and then with a whisk or by hand until a soft dough is obtained.

Cover the dough and let it rest for at least 1 hour.

Roll and cut the dough as shown in the video.

Fry in oil that is not too hot over medium heat until the kernels are cooked.
