100g Glutinous rice
150g Prawns paste
150g Minced pork
100g Yam bean
1 Chinese mushroom
2 Shallots
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Five spices powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Corn starch
1 Egg White
1/2 tsp Light soy sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame oil

Soak the glutinous rice for 4 hours and rinse it.

Prepare the filling by mixing prawns paste, minced pork, yam bean, Chinese mushroom, shallots, garlic, pepper, five spices powder, salt, sugar, corn starch, egg white, light soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Shape the mixture into meatballs and coat them with the soaked glutinous rice.

Steam or cook the meatballs until fully cooked.
