Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika, then sear them in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
