Place 1 pound of ground beef into a large bowl.
Crack in 2 eggs.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of dried garlic, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, and 2 ounces of breadcrumbs to the bowl.
Mix everything thoroughly until the mixture becomes smooth and even.
Grate 1 onion and add it to the bowl.
Finely chop a bunch of fresh parsley and add it to the beef mixture.
Pour a little olive oil into a frying pan and add a small piece of butter, letting it melt gently into the oil.
Finely chop 1 red bell pepper and add it to the pan, sautéing for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat.
Grate 1 carrot and add it to the pan with the peppers, frying for another 2 to 3 minutes while stirring gently.
Slice 1 red onion and add it to the pan, frying for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Add all the sautéed vegetables to the bowl with the ground beef and mix until the filling becomes smooth and even.
Place 2 eggs into a small ladle or saucepan, cover with water, and cook until done.
Sprinkle some flour onto a sheet of baking paper and place a layer of yeast puff pastry on top.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it becomes wide and thin.
Pour a little olive oil into a frying pan and melt a small piece of butter in the pan.
Grate 2 cloves of garlic and add it to the pan, warming it just enough to awaken its fragrance.
Pour the garlic-infused butter over the rolled-out dough and spread it evenly with a brush.
Spread the meat mixture over the dough in a thin, even layer.
Grate the cooked eggs while they’re still slightly warm and transfer them into a bowl.
Grate 4 ounces of cheddar cheese and add it to the eggs.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the egg and cheese mixture, mixing until smooth and creamy.
Spread this filling evenly over the ground beef layer.
Roll the dough into a log shape and make small incisions on top.
Break 1 egg into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar, and beat until glossy.
Brush the egg mixture over the dough.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).
Bake the roll for 35 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 2 cloves of grated garlic, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 grated pickle, 1 teaspoon of mustard, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper and oregano until smooth.
Take the roll out of the oven and slice it into even portions.
Arrange the slices on a plate and add the prepared sauce on the side.
