2 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1 zucchini, diced
1 cup green beans, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
4 cups vegetable broth
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup small pasta (like ditalini)
2 cups fresh spinach

In a slow cooker, combine the diced onion, minced garlic, carrots, celery, zucchini, and green beans.

Add the diced tomatoes (with their juice), vegetable broth, kidney beans, cannellini beans, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper to the slow cooker.
