500g Chicken (Thighs or Drumsticks)
1 tsp Tumeric Powder
1 tsp Salt/Soy Sauce
1 tsp White Pepper
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp White Wine
2-3 Potatoes
1 Onion
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Tomato Paste
2-3 Bay Leaves
200ml Chicken Broth
50ml Coconut Milk
1 Small Chorizo
2 Eggs
8 pcs Olives
1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut

Sauté onion with some vegetable oil until aromatic;

Add garlic, turmeric, tomato paste & bay leaves and stir well;

Add chicken and fry on both sides until slightly golden;

Add potatoes followed by chicken broth;

Bring it up to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes until the potatoes have become softened;

Add coconut milk, mix well and cook for another 5 minutes;

Taste and make necessary adjustment to your liking;

Transfer into an ovenproof tray and add chorizo, olives, eggs and coconut on top;

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5-10 minutes until golden brown on top.
