Deep-fry the marinated chicken until golden and crispy.

Prepare the sauce by combining water (or chicken broth), veggie cube, honey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, chili sauce, rice vinegar, and corn starch in a pan.

Cook the sauce until thickened.

Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss to coat.
