Almond milk is lower in calories, while water is the most economical option.
Add butter to a pan and allow it to melt.
Add ginger and garlic to the pan and fry for about 1 minute.
Add chopped onion to the pan and fry for about 2 minutes.
Add sausage and fresh chopped tomato to the pan.
Add mushroom to the pan, and mix everything together, frying for about 2 minutes.
Add salt and oregano, mixing everything again.
Add baby spinach to the pan and mix, allowing it to fry for about 1 minute.
Set the vegetable mixture aside.
Crack 10 eggs into a bowl and whisk them well.
Add black pepper to the eggs, and optionally habanero chili flakes if desired.
Add the cooked vegetable mixture (paprika, mushroom, etc.) into the egg mixture and mix well.
Add mozzarella cheese and CH cheese to the egg mixture and mix everything together.
Pour the egg mixture into a baking plate.
Add some red paprika on top for decoration.
Cover the baking plate with foil and bake in the oven at 180°C.
After some time, remove from the oven and add more cheese on top.
Return to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes again.
