Spray a 9 inch X 13 inch glass casserole dish with nonstick spray.

Add minced garlic and sauté for about 3 minutes.
Spread spinach to the bottom of casserole dish evenly.
Add the mozzarella cheese and green sliced onions on top of the spinach.
Sprinkle the garlic powder and black pepper and salt to taste.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat the eggs until well combined.
Pour eggs over the spinach cheese mixture, and stir so the eggs, spinach, and cheese are combined.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the mixture is completely set and lightly brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve warm and enjoy!
