Wash half a pound of carrots.

Dice the carrots into small pieces.

Add the diced carrots and 1 cup of raw peanuts to boiling water.

Transfer half of the boiled mixture into a blender.

Add 1 cup of hot water to the blender and blend until smooth.

Add the remaining boiled mixture to the blender and blend again.

Add 1/2 cup of flour to the blended mixture and blend again, adding more water if needed to achieve a smooth consistency.

In a pot, add 2-3 cups of water and 4-5 leaves of cinnamon, along with orange peel, and bring to a boil.

Pour the blended mixture into the boiling water while stirring continuously to prevent clumping.

Add aril (outer part of nutmeg) to the porridge for flavor.

Reduce the heat to low and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

After boiling for about 15 minutes, add 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of rose water, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla to the porridge.

Add 1 tablespoon of onion to the porridge and stir well.

Taste the porridge and add 1/2 cup of sugar, adjusting to taste.

Stir in 1 cup of milk (vanilla lasko) mixed with water.
