Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise until puffy, about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake rolls until golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla for frosting.
Spread frosting over warm cinnamon buns before serving.
