2 1/2 cups of basmati rice
3 1/2 cups water
8-10 cloves garlic
1 tbsp cumin
Few thyme
1/2 onion
Oil
1 tbsp butter
3 mini bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 red onion
4 mini cucumbers
1 celery stalk
1 can chickpeas
1/3 cup corn
1/3 cup olive oil
1 lemon juice
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tbsp roasted jeera
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper flakes
Salt to taste
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
Pinch of black pepper

Prepare the lamb kebabs by mixing ground lamb with chopped red bell peppers, onion, cilantro, parsley, celery, thyme, rosemary, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, garam masala, roasted jeera, old bay seasoning, lemon pepper, onion powder, and all-purpose seasoning. Form into kebabs.

Grill or cook the lamb kebabs until fully cooked.

For the garlic and cumin rice, rinse basmati rice and cook it in a pot with water, minced garlic, cumin, thyme, and chopped onion. Add oil and butter for flavor.

For the Mediterranean salad, combine mini bell peppers, chopped parsley, red onion, mini cucumbers, celery, chickpeas, corn, olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, roasted jeera, oregano, pepper flakes, salt, paprika, lemon pepper, and black pepper in a bowl. Toss well to combine.
