2 lb Ground Lamb
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Garam Masala or 7 spices (Optional)
1 Tsp Chili Flakes (Optional)
1 Tsp Ginger & Garlic paste
1 Onion - Finely chopped
2-3 Green Chilies - Finely chopped
Cilantro - Finely chopped

Finely chop the onion, green chilies, and cilantro.

In a bowl, combine the ground lamb with salt, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala (if using), chili flakes (if using), ginger & garlic paste, and the finely chopped vegetables.

If the mixture is too soft to shape, add 1-2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour.

Shape the mixture into kebabs.

Optionally, marinate the mixture before shaping for added flavor.

Sprinkle the kebabs with lemon juice before serving.
