1

Chop the green pepper, removing excess seeds.

2

Chop the onions and remove the skin.

3

Break apart the head of garlic and peel the individual cloves.

4

Chop the garlic, green pepper, and onions in a food processor until fine.

5

Add about 1/3 cup of cooking wine and 1/4 cup of moho to the pressure cooker.

6

Add olive oil and the chopped vegetables to the pressure cooker.

7

Season with cumin and garlic salt, mixing well.

8

Wash the potatoes, leaving the skin on, and cut them in half.

9

Drop the beef into the pressure cooker, separating the pieces as you add them.

10

Add the tomato sauce and mix it with the meat.

11

Add Sass Goya and Kito seasonings for extra flavor and color.

12

Add enough water to cover the meat and potatoes, about one finger's worth above them.

13

Seal the pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes once pressure builds up.

14

After 20 minutes, turn off the heat and let it sit until the pressure drops.

15

Wash the rice until the water runs clear, then add 3 cups of water to the rice.

16

Add olive oil, garlic salt, and regular salt to the rice, mixing well.

17

Cook the rice in the microwave for 22 minutes.

18

Once the pressure cooker is done, check if the stew is too watery and adjust by cooking longer if needed.

19

Add chopped Spanish peppers to the stew before serving.
