Prepare a tray lined with greaseproof paper.

In a bowl, combine 4 cups of brown sugar and a pinch of corn flour.

Add a little water to the sugar mixture and stir until dissolved.

Heat a medium-sized pot on the stove and pour the sugar mixture into it.

Bring the mixture to a boil until it thickens.

Add 1/2 cup of peanuts to the boiling mixture and stir well.

Once the mixture is ready, pour it onto the prepared tray.

Sprinkle some raisins on top for color.

Let it cool for about 15-20 minutes before checking the consistency.
