How to make Instant Pot Popcorn the easy way

Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode.

Adjust the temperature to 'More'.

Wait for the display to change to 'Hot'.

Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of organic coconut oil.

Add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter (up to 3 tablespoons if you love butter).

Let the oil and butter melt.

Add corn kernels and sauté for a minute until coated with oil and butter.

Close the Instant Pot lid.

Wait for the popping to slow down.

Click the 'Cancel' button to turn off the Instant Pot.

Carefully open the lid using an oven mitt.
