2 cups basmati rice
1/2 cup spring onions, chopped
1 cup carrots, diced
1-2 chili peppers, chopped to taste
2 no cubes
1 lb fried fish, for garnish
1 lb goat meat, cooked
1 lb gizzard, cooked
1/2 cup red onions, chopped
1 cup bell peppers, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup tomato puree
1/4 cup sunflower oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
