Gradually add the flour mixture to the batter in batches, mixing gently to avoid overmixing.
Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl with a spatula to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
Toss one cup of blueberries with a little flour to prevent sinking, then fold them into the batter with a spatula.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan lined with parchment paper, adding more blueberries on top.
Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the top of the batter.
Bake the loaf at 350°F for about 55 minutes to an hour.
Let the loaf cool after baking.
Make the lemon icing by mixing powdered sugar with lemon juice and milk until well combined, adjusting thickness with more milk if necessary.
Drizzle the lemon icing over the cooled loaf before slicing and serving.
