Boil the chicken with onions, curry, thyme, stock cube, paprika, and salt for around 10 minutes.
Add water to the chicken and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes until done.
Wash the rice thoroughly before using it.
In a pot, add cooking oil and diced onions; cook for a few minutes.
Add curry and thyme to the onions and toast for a few minutes.
Add the washed rice to the pot and toast it with the oil, curry, and thyme for 8 to 10 minutes.
Add salt, seasoning cube, and chicken broth to the rice.
Add a little more water, cover with foil, and allow the rice to cook until firm.
Stir the rice and let it cool completely before adding vegetables.
In a pan, add oil (and butter if desired) and diced onions; stir and cook for a few minutes.
Add ginger and garlic paste to the onions and stir until fragrant.
Add diced bell peppers and cook for a few minutes until desired softness.
Add frozen vegetables, curry powder, thyme, stock cube, and salt; stir to incorporate.
Cook the vegetable mixture for another five minutes before removing from heat.
In a wok, combine the cooled rice with the vegetable mixture, mixing thoroughly.
