1 cup corn kernels
2 medium potatoes
2 medium carrots
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup cilantro
1 large bell pepper
1 lime
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
2 bay leaves
