- 5Spoon the crab mixture generously into each toasted bun.
- 6Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, and parsley for added flavor.
- 7Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

- 2Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary. Set aside to let the flavors meld for about 10 minutes.
- 3While the crab mixture is resting, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
- 4Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the hot dog buns to the skillet, cut side down. Toast until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- 5Remove the toasted buns from the skillet and place them on a serving platter.
- 6Spoon the crab mixture generously into each toasted bun.
- 7Sprinkle the chopped chives over the filled crab rolls for garnish.
- 8Serve immediately while the buns are warm.

- 2Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- 3Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 4While the crab mixture is chilling, prepare the hoagie rolls by slicing them open lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- 5Once the crab mixture is chilled, take the rolls and fill each with a generous amount of the crab mixture.
- 6Top the crab mixture with shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
- 7Serve immediately, or wrap in foil and keep in a warm oven until ready to serve.
